The service

Joblock sends automated, AI-generated text-message replies to callers who reach a subscribing business and go unanswered. The service is provided on a monthly subscription basis and may be canceled at any time from the account dashboard; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm you own, or are authorized to act for, the business on your account — including authorizing automated text messages sent in its name.
• You are responsible for the information you provide to the assistant and for the content of messages sent on your behalf, including any custom rules you configure.
• You agree to use the service only to reply to people who contacted your business first, and not to send unsolicited or marketing messages, consistent with the TCPA and CTIA messaging guidelines.
• The service must not be used to give medical, legal, financial, or emergency-safety advice.

AI-generated content

Replies are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise imperfect despite the safeguards available in your settings. You accept this risk and agree to review your conversations regularly.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joblock and its operators are not liable for lost business, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including any consequence of an automated message sent on your behalf. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including misuse of messaging in violation of carrier or legal requirements.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
