Joblock ("we," "us") provides automated text-message replies to missed phone calls on behalf of subscribing businesses. This policy describes what information we collect, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

• Account information — the email address, password, business name, and business details a subscribing business provides when creating an account.
• Call and message data — when a call to a subscribing business is forwarded to Joblock, we receive the caller's phone number, and we store the content of text messages exchanged between the caller and the business's automated assistant.
• Billing information — payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers; we retain only a reference to the Stripe customer record.

How we use information

• To deliver the service: receiving forwarded calls, generating and sending automated text replies, and displaying conversations in the subscribing business's dashboard.
• To operate, secure, and improve the platform, and to comply with telecommunications regulations, including carrier registration requirements.
• We do not sell personal information, and we do not use message content for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to operate the service: Twilio (telephony and messaging), OpenAI (generating message text), Stripe (payments), and our database and hosting providers. Each receives only the information needed to perform its function.

Text messaging

Callers to a subscribing business hear a recorded notice that they will receive one automated text reply, that message and data rates may apply, and that they can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Replying STOP stops further messages to that number.

Data retention and deletion

Conversation history is retained so subscribing businesses can review their leads. A subscribing business may cancel at any time; to request deletion of account data, contact us at the email below.
